Dating typically from the late Victorian to the Edwardian era (circa 1890s–1920s), it is constructed from a rich, dark-toned wood such as quartersawn oak. Features a tall, slim frame with a gentle serpentine or arched top crossbeam serving as a handle for easy transport.Shelves: Three circular wooden platforms or tiers, detailed with inlaid circular borders, are spaced evenly over the vertical frame. Built with a space-saving folding mechanism; the tiers can tilt upwards into a flat position parallel to the frame when not in use.Support: Stands on angled, splayed legs at the base to provide stabilization when fully expanded.
